One-point advice from Ms. Hoshizuki

This time, the theme is "Self-Production."

I will share tips on how to present yourself.

It is said that first impressions are made in the "first 5 seconds."

It's difficult to assess someone's character in such a short time, isn't it?

So, what information is conveyed in 5 seconds?

"Impression," "atmosphere," "vibe"...

While various factors create these, "facial expressions" and "posture" seem to have a significant impact.

You often hear the phrase "body sculpting," don't you?

To achieve your ideal physique, you exercise and train your muscles.

The same applies to your face.

There are over 30 facial muscles, and it is said that only 30-40% of them are used in daily life.

If you don't consciously move them, your muscle strength will decline, and you won't be able to control them freely, making it impossible to produce a natural smile.

Since the pandemic and wearing masks, I often hear people say, "I can't smile properly."

Many people also say they are embarrassed to take off their masks in front of others...

If you don't think your own facial expressions are good, do you think others will find them attractive?

The answer is NO.

Daily effort is paramount.

Let's start with what we can do, such as consciously smiling and chewing thoroughly.

Training your facial muscles to build confidence is also a good idea!

・Develop expressive facial features

・Maintain a youthful face

・Become more positive

These effects can be expected.

Additionally, an impressive posture can be cultivated through daily awareness.

Slouching gives off an impression of lacking confidence and negativity, and it can also affect your voice.

Master the correct posture and gain a dignified presence!
