Overview
This event invites monks from "Zenkatsu," a group of monks dedicated to "incorporating Zen into daily life," with the aim of making Zen more accessible to everyone.
All members of this community portal (registration is free) are welcome to participate for free.
We hope that participating in the "Zen event" will be an opportunity for all residents of CAVANA to reset their minds.
Instructor
Zenkatsu
A group of young Soto Zen monks who are active with the theme "Harness Zen for a slightly better day."
They are engaged in activities to convey the teachings of Buddhism and Zen as something to be utilized in daily life, rather than something extraordinary. They are active mainly in Tokyo, with a YouTube channel, social media presence, and workshops.
