Wellness Lesson ① Check Your Impression-Boosting Walk with Ms. Hoshizuki, a Former Takarazuka Star!

Your physical condition and impression change with daily accumulation.
By being mindful of good posture and walking, you can reduce the burden on your body and create a good impression on those around you.
First, try to understand your body's habits and gradually become more aware of them!
Check your walking for a good impression
Walk with good posture, imagining you are moving your legs from your hips.

What is good posture?
Be mindful of the position of your head, shoulders, and pelvis.
- Head position
- Ears are directly above your shoulders.
- Shoulder position
- Imagine dropping your shoulders and opening your chest.
- At this time, be careful not to let your shoulders protrude forward beyond your chest.
- Pelvis position
- Keep your pelvis upright.
- The pelvis tends to tilt forward or backward, so imagine standing straight up relative to the ground.
If poor posture continues...
It puts unnecessary strain on your body, leading to problems like back pain and stiff shoulders. Your physical condition and impression change with daily accumulation. Strive for positive accumulation.
