One-Point Advice from Hoshizuki-sensei
This installment's theme is "Relaxation."
Here's a tip to help you enjoy each day comfortably.

How are you all doing?
This is Hoshizuki.
Bath time is one of the relaxation times.
Many people probably just take a shower when they're busy, right?
It's a good idea to soak in the bathtub whenever possible, even if it's for a short time.
Warming your body not only relieves fatigue but also refreshes you by reducing swelling and tension!
The recommended temperature is around 38℃ to 40℃.
While longer isn't necessarily better, ideally, you should soak for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Frequency over duration.
It's important to continue daily and make it a habit.
For bath additives, it's best to use what you find most soothing, rather than focusing on the efficacy!
(Personally, Epsom salts are my favorite. They help keep me warm even in winter.)
Since you'll sweat, please remember to hydrate before and after bathing.
Above all, don't overdo it, and prioritize comfort.
